What do I love about working for the college?
I’m always working with motivated and encouraging people throughout the college who want the best for all the faculty and staff involved. I love meeting everyone within these units who are especially enthusiastic in bringing success to their vision at the college.
I have season tickets for football and often find ways to check out basketball and baseball throughout the year. I try to keep up with former coworkers across campus at the university staff picnics and lunches.
What do I do for the college?
I manage the budgets and expenses for most of the college’s centers and interdisciplinary programs. Those units often have limited budgets and require a close eye to make sure they stay within budget while achieving their goals.
I have worked for the Departments of Biochemistry and Cellular and Molecular Biology, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and Chemistry before this position.
