Please note: To ensure the success of your event, it’s best to promote it at least two weeks in advance. To allow our team ample time to create and deliver promotional materials, please submit your event request at least four weeks prior to the event date. If you need materials sooner than 14-days out from the event, please consider using our Event Promotion Toolkit.

Please use this form to request printed and digital materials to promote your event. Before filling out this form, please make sure you have done the following: 

  • If you have an events coordinator in your department, please work directly with them to fill out this form.
  • Submit your event to the UT events calendar
  • If you need an image to use with the event promotion, you can choose one from the following resources. Please note: if you do not upload an image, our creative team will determine the appropriate image based on the content provided about the event.
