2017-2018 Mentoring Matrix Program Application

The purpose of the Mentoring Matrix Program is to foster professional development and collegial connections among women faculty in the College of Arts & Sciences.  The program was piloted during last year and participant enthusiasm encouraged the college to continue the program for this academic year.  Each Mentoring Matrix will be asked to meet twice per semester.

    Each matrix will have a coordinator who will organize group meetings and serve as a liaison with the Mentoring Matrix Steering Committee. Coordinators will be asked to meet with the Committee for one hour at a time & date TBD to discuss their role.
