Are you interested in visiting campus to see the Volunteer experience firsthand? Below, you will find a series of spectacular opportunities from each of our departments in the Division of Arts & Humanities!

School of Art
- Tour the School of Art facilities, including the printmaking studio, the sculpture and ceramics areas, the painting and drawing studios, and the time-based art areas
- Visit a class
- Visit the Ewing Gallery to see the 78th Annual Student Art Competition, BFA Capstone Exhibition, or one of three MFA exhibitions.
- See student art exhibitions in Gallery 1010
Department of Classics
Personal information session with department head, faculty, or current Classics students in person or on Zoom
- Arrange tour of facilities and class visits
Department of English
- Possible classes to visit in Spring 2025:
- Introduction to Shakespeare: TR: 9:45-11:00 and 2:30-3:45
- Introduction to Jane Austen: TR: 11:20-12:35 and 2:30-3:45, MWF: 9:10-10:00 and 10:20-11:10

Department of Philosophy
- Attend a class (Introduction to Philosophy (PHIL 101/107), Contemporary Moral Problems (PHIL 252), Ethics of AI (PHIL 246), or others – arrange with Adam Cureton.
- Chat with Adam Cureton (Director of Undergraduate Studies in Philosophy) or with individual faculty members.
- Attend the Philosophy Club (usually Monday’s from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm) – arrange with Adam Cureton
- Attend a talk by John Dyck on “Simple Beauty” as well as other lectures on late April and early May.
Department of Religious Studies
- Visit a class session
- Scheduled zoom information sessions with current students and/or faculty
- Invitation to scheduled events (in person or via zoom)

Department of Theatre
