Burnette Crombie was hired in spring 2021 as the undergraduate program assistant in the Department of Mathematics. She learned quickly every function she had to do, and always did those with excellent quality and on time.
Email communication is a particular area of Burnette’s strength: she always responds promptly, explains everything clearly and completely, and pays attention to summarizing the message for the reader, which is very much appreciated.
It is always enough to ask Burnette once, and one can rest assured the request will be completed on time, without any reminders needed.
