The ICCR mission is to advance climate science and create equitable, community-driven climate resilience solutions for communities across Appalachia and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We achieve this mission through meaningful research collaborations and long-term community partnerships. ICCR teams develop knowledge, tools, and strategies that address complex climate and community challenges. Our approach is non-extractive: we conduct research with and for communities, ensuring that our work is relevant, actionable, and equitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through these partnerships, ICCR contributes to building resilient communities while also generating insights that can inform regional, national, and global approaches to climate risk.
