Our guest speaker for the event is Suzanne E. Wright, associate professor in the School of Art at the University of Tennessee. Professor Wright is a Chinese woodblock print specialist and co-curator of “Gardens, Art, and Commerce in Chinese Woodblock Prints,” a major international loan exhibition at The Huntington that explores the art of pictorial prints from the late 16th century to the 19th century.
