The Office of the Registrar will mail your diploma to the permanent address you have registered at in the weeks following your graduation semester.

Your diploma will include the following information:

  • Your name, as written on your graduation application
  • Your degree
  • If applicable, your honors category
  • If applicable, your membership in the Chancellor’s Honors Program

The diploma will not list your major, minor, or concentration. If you would like to order additional copies of your diploma, or if you have questions regarding the information that will appear on your diploma or its mailing, please contact Jacqueline Jones in the Office of the Registrar at 865-974-1157.
